StrategyBlocks Feature Focus: A Faster, Cleaner Dashboard Workspace
What’s New on Your Dashboard
A cleaner workspace and faster editing: reorganized controls, a redesigned toolbox, smarter search and undo, and more control over how dashboards get shared.
Editing and workspace controls
A redesigned drag-and-drop toolbox
The dashboard object toolbox has a full visual makeover, built for faster, clearer editing.

Object filters moved to the top ribbon
Show only the dashboard objects you need. When overlapping objects create visual noise, filter it away and edit hidden objects without digging through menus.

Layer controls, now in the Options Pane
Keeps your focus on the object you’ve actually selected, instead of a separate panel.

Drag-select multiple objects
Drag your mouse across multiple objects to select them all at once for faster moves and deletes. Just touch an object to select it.

Dashboard undo & redo
Editing finally has a safety net, undo and redo now work across changes made between saves.

Edit Preview
When you edit a dashboard object with its properties panel open, an on-screen Preview window now shows how the object will look. You can fit it to the window or view it at actual size.

Navigation and search
Smart title search
Start typing and your dashboard list narrows instantly to matching titles.

Sort by Recently Viewed, Mine, or Shared
Your dashboards are now arranged by the way you work, by what you’ve viewed recently, what’s yours, or what’s shared with you.

Dashboard Zoom
Dashboards now have zoom in/out controls, just like the Blocks Tree and Network. This is handy when you need to view a large-format report on a small screen.

Linking and sharing
Descendant blocks link independently
Clicking a child block now takes viewers straight to its own page or view. The parent object keeps its own separate link action.

A global setting to share every dashboard org-wide
Turn on this new setting and every new dashboard shares with all users automatically. It’s off by default, so nothing changes unless you switch it on.

Expanded Link Options
Create a link from an object without a specific target. Useful for objects you plan to clone, since the default link action carries over and speeds up dashboard development.

Display and reporting
A streamlined Blocks Table
Strip the header, page navigation, borders, and sorting arrows from any Blocks Table for a cleaner display view.

Progress Bar
The Blocks Table has always offered a Timeline Bar for presenting delivery status as a Gantt chart. You now also have a Progress Bar option, which left-aligns the bars so they’re easier to compare.

A new “Completed” progress color
Progress bars now support a distinct “Completed” color for assessing block delivery. By default it matches “Good,” but you can set it to a different color to make 100% completion stand out at a glance.
